To Purchase a Certificate
To purchase a certificate, look at the prices and decide what size you want. Certificates are available in denominations of the base prices listed. Then proceed to the order form and fill in the specifications of the portrait you want. In the comments section, write the word “certificate.”
You will then recieve an invoice for the full amount of the certificate. When your payment has been made, your certificate will be shipped promptly to you.
If the recipients of your certificate would prefer a larger portrait, or one with more subjects, they will have the option to upgrade and pay the difference.

To Redeem a Certificate
To redeem a portrait, simply go to the order form and fill in the speficiations of the portrait you want to order. When you get to the payment option section, select “I have a certificate.” Enter in the certificate number, found on the bottom right corner of your certificate. Upload your photo and click submit!
You will recieve an invoice confirming the amount of your certificate and indicating any extra charges if you chose to upgrade to a larger portrait.
